Terms of Service

1. Our services

We build websites, web apps and SaaS products, run digital marketing (including Meta ads), set up WhatsApp automation, and provide software tools such as Gmail Hub. The exact scope, price and timeline of any project are set out in the written proposal or quote we send you. If that proposal and these Terms disagree, the proposal wins.

2. Quotes and payments

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless the proposal says otherwise.
• Payments are due as set out in your proposal (for example, milestone payments). If a payment is overdue we may pause work until it is paid.
• Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card or bank details.
• Refunds, if any, are as set out in your proposal. Where the proposal says nothing, payments for work already done are not refundable.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and the content, logins and approvals we need on time.
• Only send us content (text, images, logos, data) that you own or have permission to use.
• Use our website, services and tools lawfully, and not to send spam or harm others.

4. Ownership of work

• Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we made specifically for you.
• We keep ownership of our own tools, code libraries, templates and know-how that existed before or were built separately from your project, and give you a licence to use them as part of your project.
• We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

5. Gmail Hub and other software tools

• Gmail Hub connects Gmail accounts to an AI assistant so the account owner can read, search and draft email. You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
• You must also follow Google's terms when using Gmail Hub. It is not to be used for spam or bulk unsolicited email.
• Email is only sent where sending has been switched on and you confirm each message. You are responsible for emails you choose to send.
• You can disconnect an account at any time. How we handle Google account data is explained in section 3 of our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

Our work depends on third-party services such as hosting providers, Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Anthropic and payment gateways. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions (for example, an ad or account being rejected).

7. Disclaimers and limits of liability

• Our website and tools are provided "as is". We work carefully but cannot promise they will be error-free or always available, or guarantee specific results such as rankings, leads or sales.
• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending the service

Either side may end a project as set out in the proposal. We may suspend access to our tools if they are misused or these Terms are broken.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts in Bathinda, Punjab.
