1. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you when you voluntarily submit it to us:

• Project Inquiry Details: When you use our multi-step "Start a Project" questionnaire, we collect details about your project specifications, target audience, business goals, name, email address, and company name.
• Consultation Requests: When you book a Google Meet audit or schedule a call, we collect your name, email address, and chosen timezone/date details.
• Account Credentials: If you register or log into our client portal, we store username, email, and secure hashed password credentials.

2. WhatsApp messages and our AI assistant

We offer WhatsApp chat through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta.

When you message us (or a business that uses our WhatsApp service), we receive your WhatsApp name, phone number, message content and any details you choose to share (for example your name, requirement or preferred appointment time).

We use this only to reply to you, handle your enquiry or booking, and send reminders or updates you asked for. We do not sell it.

Some replies are generated by an AI assistant using information provided by the business. A human team member can take over at any time - just ask.

Messages are stored securely on our own servers (hosted in India) and in Google Sheets for enquiries and bookings. They are processed by Meta (WhatsApp) and our AI provider (Anthropic) only to deliver the service.

Reply STOP at any time to stop offers and reminders. Reply START to receive them again.

We keep chat and enquiry data for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies (Meta Pixel)

We utilize standard tracking and analytical technologies to optimize our marketing campaigns and monitor website performance:

• Meta Pixel: We integrate the Meta Pixel (dataset ID 1005298972342926) on our website. The Pixel collects anonymous site interaction data (e.g., page views) to help us measure advertising efficiency. Meta platforms may use this data to target, optimize, and serve ads.
• Opt-Out: You can disable cookies or configure your tracking preferences directly in your web browser settings. You can also manage Meta ad preferences in your Meta accounts settings.

We use the collected information for specific, plain-spoken business tasks:

6. Your rights and data deletion

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Email us at the contact address below, or message us on WhatsApp with the word DELETE. We act on requests within 30 days.

We handle your personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
